Amanda C. Hembree, MA CCC-SLP is a Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in voice and swallowing disorders, adult language disorders, neurological disorders of speech and swallowing and post-surgical head and neck rehabilitation. Ms. Hembree is a graduate of Valparaiso University, where she received a BM in voice performance & BA in Communication Disorders and received her Master's Degree in Speech - Language Pathology from New York University. Ms. Hembree is the Clinical Coordinator of the New York Center for Voice and Swallowing Disorders, under the Medical Direction of Dr. Andrew Blitzer at the Head & Neck Surgical Group. She maintains a small private practice with the Head & Neck surgical group and is affiliated with St. Lukes/Roosevelt Hospital Center. Ms. Hembree is the primary speech, swallowing & language consultant to North General Hospital.
